Immigration Specialist

As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the immigration and relocation requirements of prospective and existing clients. You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide consultation and guidance in assisting them to achieve their visa application objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet with clients to discuss their immigration and relocation requirements
2. Communicate with clients and understand their needs
3. Provide consultation and guidance to clients on visa applications
4. Be the subject matter expert in countries such as Singapore, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, Malaysia, etc.
5. Provide in-depth counsel and analysis of global immigration policies
6. Develop strategies in the immigration space and corporate relocation field to assist in business relocation and asset allocation of companies
7. Lead and partner with stakeholders such as HR, legal, clients and external vendors
8. Ensure high-quality immigration services by leveraging both experience and in-depth knowledge
9. Develop presentation materials and conducting seminars
10. Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from the client
11. Keep clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicate any foreseeable delays
12. Attend to clients' queries and completion of formalities when applications were processing and being approved subsequently
13. Maintain the database with accurate client information and milestones and update the library

Requirements:
1. At least a Diploma Holder or Bachelor's Degree Holder
2. 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
3. Target-driven and good communication skills
4. Customer oriented
5. Ability to multi-task in managing through a portfolio of clients
6. Ability to conduct independent research utilising a variety of sources
7. Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
8. Ability to perform under stress
9. Demonstrates confidentiality towards client's information
10. Demonstrates professionalism, and a proactive and mature demeanour
11. Recognizes and solves routine problems
12. Team player
13. Can-do attitude – Positive and personable

9-6pm (5 days)
