Senior Compliance Officer

This position involves coordinating and overseeing compliance activities, including monitoring regulatory changes and conducting audits to ensure that organizational practices are in line with requirements.

  • The role also entails providing support for the implementation of governance processes and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for organizing meetings and maintaining accurate records, as well as assisting with inspections and pre-licensing checks.
  • Furthermore, this position requires analyzing data related to social residential homes and licensing matters, and providing insights to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Activities: Coordinate and oversee compliance activities, monitor regulatory changes, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
  • Governance Processes: Provide support for the implementation of governance processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Meetings and Records: Organize meetings, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to social residential homes and licensing matters, providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Inspections and Pre-Licensing Checks: Assist with inspections and pre-licensing checks for children's homes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Accountancy, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in compliance and regulatory work, particularly in inspection of licenses.
  • Immediate Starters: Immediate starters preferred.
  • Nationality: Only Singaporeans.
