Job Title: Digital Process AnalystAs a Digital Process Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business by leveraging data analytics to drive process improvements.**Job Description**We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Digital Process Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for performing detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outlining problems and opportunities, and proposing solutions to stakeholders. You will also design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and create interactive BI dashboards using Power BI to provide insights for decision-making.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Additionally, they should possess effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems and opportunities, and propose solutions for business.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using Power BI to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities.
  • Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training, and project tracking activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail to address challenges and critical thinking skills to evaluate various options alongside IT and business stakeholders.
