**Responsibilities**:
The Business Analyst will be required to interact with clients to understand, confirm, compare (client’s requirements with WPH solutions), prepare proper documentation and present completed materials for client’s acceptance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of user needs, business processes, and data to identify opportunities for digital enhancements
- Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions, including testing and validation of requirements.
- Provide expertise in digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital solutions, including training and change management activities.

**Other Requirements**:

- The Business Analyst shall have experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects. The person shall be a Certified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong understanding of and experience with the software development life cycle.
- Self-motivated and able to perform with minimum supervision
- Excellent problem solver with ability to analyse complex requirements and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate problems with solutions to respective levels of people.
