Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned human resources professional to lead our payroll operations. As a senior executive, you will oversee the full cycle of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing bi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the compensation and benefits team on various projects. You will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures related to payroll operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources, payroll compliance, and statutory regulations. Experience in compensation and benefits functions is preferred. You must possess excellent analytical and documentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in compensation and benefits functions (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
