Job Summary

At FCA Consultants PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal change requests, tracking and preparing referral programs, and providing excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Request Management
    • Process internal change requests for updates to customer information in our internal system.
    • Verify and validate requests before processing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Update requestors once the change request has been processed.
  • Referral Program Tracking and Preparation
    • Manage referral programs, including validation and maintenance of accurate records.
    • Request payment vouchers and inform referrers about the collection process.
  • Customer Communication
    • Engage with external customers regarding voucher collection.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or issues related to the referral program.
  • Ad-hoc Support
    • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the sales operations team and business units.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on admin/operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
