Concept Systems Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Service Engineer to join our team. As an AV Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, and maintenance of various AV equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support, including installation, termination, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of AV equipment.
  • Offer after-sales technical support to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment, both hardware and software.
  • Respond to service calls related to AV equipment breakdowns.
  • Provide on-site basic training to end-users for installed AV systems.
  • Offer technical advice and support to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Professional Audio Visual Engineering or a related field.
  • Possess a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prepared to work outside of office hours and willing to travel overseas when needed.
  • Fairly good spoken and written English.
  • Possessing a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
