Job Title: Business Development Growth Strategist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying untapped growth opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships that drive business expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a related field, preferably engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor or a closely related industry. Proficiency in managing ERP systems and other relevant software within the organization is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and seize growth opportunities through strategic partnerships
- Conduct comprehensive market research and foster meaningful connections within the industry
- Negotiate commercial terms and establish mutually beneficial agreements
- Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Evaluate risks and capitalize on emerging innovation prospects
- Strong educational background in a related field, preferably engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor or a closely related industry, with regional exposure preferred
- Proficiency in managing ERP systems and other relevant software within the organization
- Ability to undergo regional training with minimal travel requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for seamless communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues
