Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead our sales team in achieving consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues for all products.
About the Role: The Business Growth Strategist is responsible for developing business strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets set by management. This includes driving business development through the acquisition of new accounts and cultivation of key accounts, leading market data collection on market and competitors' activities, and liaising with the Business Development Director to evaluate product suitability for market including pricing.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop business strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
2. Drive business development through acquisition of new accounts and cultivation of key accounts.
3. Lead market data collection on market and competitors' activities, including products and pricing.
4. Liaise with Business Development Director to evaluate product suitability for market including pricing.
5. Conduct research of clients' needs and satisfaction feedback to achieve desired service levels.
