The KeyStart programme is a comprehensive initiative that aims to support families in achieving stable and adequate housing. As a KeyStart Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping families overcome barriers to home ownership.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a KeyStart Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing the Keystart program, conducting assessments of families' home ownership needs, and providing education to empower families.

  • Programme Development and Implementation: Assist in designing and implementing effective strategies to address beneficiary needs.
  • Home Ownership Assessment and Guidance: Conduct thorough assessments of families' home ownership needs and provide guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Home Ownership Casework: Provide personalized casework services to families, including action plans, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with government agencies, community partners, and other strategic partners to facilitate collaboration and resource sharing.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for families to key stakeholders, including government agencies and internal decision-makers.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential family records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for supporting families in achieving their goals. You will also require experience working with vulnerable populations and knowledge of community development principles.
