Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Vertical probe card maintenance and servicing at customer sites.
  • Bridge the gap between customers and the factory in resolving probe card issues.
  • Collaborate with the Field Application Engineer to gather data, take measurements, and implement cost-saving and improvement projects.
  • Compile Investigation Reports and Service Reports.
  • Support Customer Engineering evaluations, DOE runs related to Technoprobe Probe cards.
  • Perform pin replacement on site.
  • Conduct basic PCB repair and troubleshooting, component desoldering/soldering.
  • Work closely with business partners and customer engineering teams to ensure successful production and implementation of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate problems using strong analytical skills.
  • Read and interpret PCB schematics.
  • Utilize technical competencies and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent.
  • Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with Taiwan and China business partners and customers.
  • At least 3 years' related work experience in Electrical Wafer Sort/Final Test Testing.
  • Willingness to station/base in Malaysia, Penang.
