Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Contract Law or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in contract management for the construction industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks
  • Provide contractual advice and guidance to project managers and staff
