Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play an active role in the drafting, negotiation, and implementation of various types of contracts critical to our success.

Job Description:

This contract management role involves managing the end-to-end cycle of contracts, including NDAs and service agreements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that contractual terms align with legal, compliance, internal, and external policies.

  • Draft, negotiate, and implement various types of contracts.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet organizational requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in law.
  • Admission to any Bar is advantageous but not compulsory.
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in contract management, preferably within the technology, telecommunications, or data centre industry.
