At GlobalFoundries, we're leading the way in semiconductor manufacturing and quality assurance. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be part of our elite team that drives excellence in customer satisfaction.
The Singapore Customer Quality (CQ) team is responsible for providing leadership and technical support on quality issues to our key customers. This involves close collaboration with the Fab teams to ensure a robust quality system and create value for our customers.
You'll provide expert technical knowledge to drive quality issues and customer-specific improvement programs to closure. CQ Engineers are key leaders in communicating quality-related information and procedures to external customers.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and other GlobalFoundries Fabs to drive strategic initiatives that directly affect customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional teams will address and close all quality issues raised by key customers using quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
You'll effectively communicate the status of quality-related tasks, projects, and metrics to upper management, customers, and internal teams.
You'll work across functional teams within Fab and GlobalFoundries to drive ONEGF response.
Establish Standard Work and Metrics for quality-related continuous improvement activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
