Singapore Logistics Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing inbound, outbound, and transshipment sea freight shipments with carriers, customers, and vendors.
Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, corresponding with local and overseas suppliers regarding delivery status, and liaising with internal and external customers to resolve operations issues.
- You will have knowledge of import/export procedures and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A minimum of no experience is required, as on-the-job training can be provided.
- Occasional traveling and client engagements may be required.
The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of attention to detail.
Job Requirements:- Handle customer inquiries and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and prepare shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Correspond with suppliers and clients to resolve delivery issues and provide updates.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
