Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing regulatory and financial crime compliance risks across various existing and new markets and integrations globally. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of regulatory needs in APAC and translate these into solutions that enable compliant product innovation and commercial viability with partners.
  • Perform regulatory analysis of new products and partnerships, ensuring proper controls are implemented before launch.
  • Enable Product teams to adopt a risk-based approach in developing products, processes, and controls.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in regulatory and fincrime compliance with previous experience in a FinTech, financial institution, regulatory advisory, or product/program management function managing risk and compliance products.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude, with the ability to use regulation together with data to drive business decisions.
