Job Title: Crew Lead - Play Area Operations

Kiztopia is a thriving start-up with the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore. We are looking for experienced Crew Lead to manage our indoor playgrounds in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate duty roster, cleaning schedule, and equipment upkeep.
  • Support service crew deployment, mealtime arrangement, and performance management.
  • Develop training plans to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain floor order and customer flow.
  • Oversee workflow and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Handle customer complaints, requests, and emergencies.
  • Evaluate and improve playground safety procedures.
  • Implement special projects assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
  • Previous supervisory experience in childcare, recreational, or entertainment industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
