The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our sales team as a Digital Transformation Leader - Financial Services. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovative solutions for our largest clients in Southeast Asia, guiding them through the complexities of digital transformation.

Job Description

  • Partner with our sales team to develop tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our FSI clients.
  • Lead account planning and discovery efforts, crafting multi-year visions that align with clients' objectives and solve their business challenges.
  • Drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, serving as a key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
  • Articulate the technology and solution positioning of our Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues for assigned accounts, ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, supporting customer retention efforts through workshops and value realization activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in software vendor or SaaS technical sales, preferably selling Martech solutions with a strong ability to explain their use for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and issues in Martech/AdTech/CX topics such as data-driven marketing, personalization, content management, e-commerce, and advertising technology are required.
  • Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies like Google Data Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, standalone CDPs, or Content Management Systems is a plus.
  • Experience working in or selling to customers in the financial services industry is required, with a focus on marketing and CX processes, use cases, and Martech adoption challenges.
  • Deep account management skills and experience in B2B sales to large and complex customer organizations are essential, along with strong business acumen to drive value-based or challenger sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written) are required, with comfort presenting to all levels of stakeholders in large organizations.

Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
