About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our culinary team in Benoi Road. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with a passion for delivering authentic and delicious meals while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes for breakfast & lunch
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the management team to menu plan and food costing
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff as required

Requirements:
Substantial experience as a Chef, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting
Formal culinary training or qualifications
Strong knowledge of food costing, vendors, safety and hygiene practices
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
