Deliver Exceptional Client Support

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Service Associate.
This role is responsible for delivering operational and functional support to clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. The successful candidate will be a key driver of client service excellence, shaping the overall client experience and facilitating effective collaboration between teams.
- Responsibilities include reception, registration, classification, and prioritization of clients' requests and questions.
- Initial diagnosis and follow-through until resolution, with ongoing communication and engagement of clients as necessary.
- Escalation to next support level when required, utilizing relevant tools and resources.
- Coordination of actions between different support teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Contribution to process excellence and optimization, as well as knowledge management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong grasp and knowledge of banking IT tools, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Suitable candidates will have at least 3 years' working experience in financial products, including securities, FXMM, and market infrastructures, regulations, and operational risks related to trade processing and settlement. Experience in private banking is a plus.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in banking/finance/IT is highly desirable.
This mid-senior level position requires full-time commitment and offers opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Located in Pasir Gudang, Johore, Malaysia.
