About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled QAQC Engineer to join our team on a high-spec industrial construction project at one of the leading semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with precast construction and be familiar with FAB and CUP structures.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to work on large-scale construction projects and contribute to delivering high-quality results. As a QAQC Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all QA/QC activities on-site, reviewing compliance with project quality specifications, and ensuring quality workmanship from subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee QA/QC activities on-site for structural precast and architectural works (FAB and CUP)
  • Review and ensure compliance with project quality specifications, method statements, and ITPs
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
  • Supervise quality workmanship from subcontractors across various construction phases
  • Manage documentation, including material approvals, such as RFI, NCR, QA checklists, and material approvals
  • Support site progress planning, sequence management, and technical coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in precast installation and QA/QC, semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-spec industrial projects
  • Familiarity with main contractor or design & build environments
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC workflows and technical drawings
  • Good communication and documentation skills
