Singapore Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.,Ltd. Full time

Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site is in accordance with the company's QAQC requirements.

Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections mainly on Structural Works and Architectural Works.

Lead project teams in preparing project-specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessments by BCA, aligned with contract requirements.

Ensure workmanship, procedures, and method statements comply with specified standards.

Conduct regular inspections to verify works are in accordance with method statements, proper sequencing, and BCA's good industry practices.

Maintain all project quality records and audit plans.

Prepare QA/QC plans, inspection & test plans/checklists for site activities, and review inspection and testing reports.

Issue NCRs and propose corrective actions promptly and effectively.

Oversee delivery inspections of project materials.

Review, approve, and maintain QAQC documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned and work with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in Building Projects
  • Experience with CONQUAS
  • Experience with Green Mark Certification
  • Location: Central (Beach Road)
  • Project: Commercial Building
