Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our merchant support team in Singapore. As a key member of our global support strategy, you will be responsible for guiding your team in providing exceptional service to our merchants, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team that serves as the initial point of contact for Adyen's global merchants.
  • Develop and implement robust processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical challenges.
  • Mentor and coach team members to excel in their roles and grow their careers.
  • Work closely with peers across regions and globally to provide top-tier support to merchants.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience developing technical support teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments.
  • Familiarity with internet technologies and technical processes (SQL, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Java, scripting).
