**Derivatives Sales Professional Opportunity**
At Coinbase, we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our rapidly expanding Derivatives Sales Team. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with high-volume crypto traders (VIPs) primarily across the APAC region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Promote advanced derivatives offerings to VIP clients across APAC
- Support senior sales team members with account coverage, lead generation, and inbound client inquiries
- Help build and execute regional & international sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM and support processes
- Represent Coinbase at APAC events, conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, and organize client engagement events
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or sales & trading — ideally at a tier-1 investment bank or crypto exchange
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Existing VIP client relationships in crypto derivatives or traditional finance
- Strong understanding of derivatives markets & solutions
- High energy, adaptability, and a willingness to own multiple business functions
- Able to travel up to 30% when safe to do so
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience with hedge funds, fintech, prime brokerage, asset management
- Connections to HNWIs or UHNWIs in Asia
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages
