Revenue Cycle Data Engineer

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using EDI, HL7, CCDA, and FHIR to support RCM processes and enhance data interoperability.

  • Analyzing and resolving data-related issues to maintain data quality, consistency, and accuracy across RCM systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, analysts, and IT specialists, to facilitate data-driven decision-making and insights.
  • Monitoring and optimizing database performance to ensure scalability and reliability of data solutions.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong proven experience in SQL.
  • Strong proven experience in Python.
  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
  • Experience with Spark.
  • Experience with Tableau.
  • Expertise in working with EDI, HL7, CCDA, and FHIR file types.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data engineer, focusing on healthcare data and/or Revenue Cycle Management.
