They will strengthen relationships with patients and stakeholders while working as an integral member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Confirm and update patient details via phone calls, ensuring accuracy and consistency in records.
- Prepare comprehensive reports according to project guidelines, using data to inform decision-making.
- Monitor project schedules, identify discrepancies, and provide timely support to resolve issues.

- Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders, collaborating effectively to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent studies in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.

- Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
