Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This includes workflows, plugins, integrations, and UI customizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs
• Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports
• Analyze the impact of CRM implementations on existing systems and provide technical input during solution design
• Collaborate with architects to ensure CRM solutions align with design principles and security standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
• Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization using workflows, plugins, and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes, including data migration, transformation, and integration with CRM systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Solid understanding of .NET C# development, especially in building and integrating CRM components
• Experience with REST APIs, batch processing, and message queues for system integrations
• Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks and best practices for Dynamics CRM and .NET components
• Proficient in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and basic modeling techniques
• Experience using source control tools and development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Knowledge of UML and system architecture
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques
