Senior Technical Documentation Coordinator

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Documentation Coordinator is a key role within the Technical Team, responsible for managing daily administrative functions and ensuring the effective organization and maintenance of quality and technical documentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Technical Team across all QA/QC functions.
- Maintain control of technical documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates-this includes technical drawings, datasheets, checklists, inspection reports, and test reports.
- Organize and manage both electronic and physical files related to quality and technical documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation required for product certification, project tender submissions, and internal/external audits.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support seamless operations within the Technical Team.
- Support the development, maintenance, and organization of technical content used for training materials and marketing collateral.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with documentation standards and requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with external testing and calibration service providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in steel engineering, preferably.
- Certificate/Diploma in relevant engineering faculty.
- Committed, hardworking and able to rough it out.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly independent.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.
