We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. You will work closely with vendors and building management to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Ensure office spaces are clean and organized
- Vendor Relations
- Work with vendors to procure office supplies and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements as needed
- Administrative Support
- Assist with events, onboarding, and office activities
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting and support
- Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in related fields
- Training provided
- Renewable contract
- Location: Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
