Job Title: Technical Support Associate

This role is ideal for a skilled professional seeking to leverage their technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular checks on the inventory software system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular repairs and maintenance of yard and workshop tools and equipment.
  • Tool Room Organization: Contribute to maintaining the tool room through 5S initiatives and good housekeeping practices.
Requirements:
  • A relevant technical certification or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with basic tooling and vehicle maintenance concepts.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including the ability to navigate inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A Class 3 driving license; possessing a forklift driving license is a significant advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to overtime requirements, including weekends.
