Program Overview

AmSpec Group recognizes the importance of developing young professionals to pursue executive roles within the company. This program provides comprehensive training and experience in various aspects of our business, including rotational assignments, industry-specific knowledge training, and mentoring.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • The program is open to eligible young professionals or fresh graduates from accredited institutions or universities.
  • Consideration will be given to non-university qualified candidates with good diploma grades and associated references or other professional recognitions.
  • Trainees should be self-motivated individuals who learn by observation and can apply learning experiences to real-life situations.

Program Details

  • The traineeship lasts for a period of two years.
  • Departments in rotation: Survey, Laboratory, QHSE, Operations.
  • Duration and timeline of rotation is dependent on business requirements.
  • Trainees will get an overview of the business by being involved in projects, which may be cross-functional or related to the functional area that they are working in at the time.
  • Trainees will have an assigned mentor in each functional area of their rotation.
  • Training should include corporate training, in-house experiential training, on-the-job training, formal training, and mentoring.
  • Based on the final assessment, management will decide on a full-time position that should be offered to the trainees within their areas of interest and strengths while aligning with organizational needs.

Benefits and Next Steps

  • A Certificate of Completion will be issued to trainees who complete a full two years' training but are not offered a permanent role.
