TCM Trainer and Educator

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance the clinical and therapeutic skills of TCM practitioners through targeted training initiatives.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in TCM principles, coupled with expertise in delivering effective training programs for healthcare professionals. As a TCM Trainer and Educator, you will be instrumental in developing, designing, and implementing specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.

  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the specific needs of participants
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials
  • Integrate hands-on exercises and case studies to enhance real-world application
  • Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry best practices
  • Implement quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification
  • Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
