Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TCM Physician Trainer/Wellness Trainer to join our team. As a TCM Physician Trainer/Wellness Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting structured training programs for new and existing staff, covering facial treatments, wellness/body therapies, and retail beauty services.

You will participate in the research and development (R&D) of wellness and beauty treatments, and assist in formulating new treatment protocols and standards.

As a TCM Physician Trainer/Wellness Trainer, you will provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training, create and maintain training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), evaluate staff performance, and offer continuous support and development.

You will stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques, and deliver on-site training and support across various store locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate with TCM-related qualification will have added advantage.
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and train Mandarin-speaking staff using at least basic Mandarin.
  • Passionate about teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
