Regulatory Reporting Specialist

The role of the Regulatory Reporting Specialist is to lead and manage regulatory reporting projects from a compliance perspective. This involves advising and challenging the business on transversal matters, such as digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regulatory reporting projects from a compliance perspective
  • Advise and challenge the business on transversal matters
  • Monitor and support the implementation or enhancement of transversal compliance policies in the businesses in scope
  • Provide clarifications on policies and monitor their implementation
  • Escalate issues and delays
  • Work closely with central Business Compliance teams to ensure coherence and alignment of the Group's framework across geographies
  • Contribute to the risk assessment exercise (RCSA) and oversee the control framework
  • Manage reg change process for GM & ALM-T

Requirements:

  • Expertise in GM regulatory reporting requirements
  • Sound understanding of GM and ALM-T products and processes
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements in SG and/or HK
  • Knowledge of risk and control framework of a financial institution
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multi-tasking
  • Education: Undergraduate Degree with 5 years or more experience in the Compliance department of financial institutions, international brokers or regulators

About the Role:

This role will focus on the regulatory reporting framework in 2025. The successful candidate will have expertise in GM regulatory reporting requirements and sound understanding of GM and ALM-T products and processes. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.
