Regulatory Reporting & Investment Compliance Expert

Join our team to play a critical role in shaping the future of global long-term investing. As an AVP/VP, Regulatory Reporting & Investment Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our investments meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and implement effective regulatory reporting strategies to ensure timely submission of reports to relevant authorities.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements to inform business decisions and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control procedures to monitor regulatory reporting requirements.
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate implications of regulatory changes and develop potential responses in partnership with Compliance Advisory teams.
  6. Provide expert guidance on compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Legal or related field.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience within regulatory reporting functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and good working knowledge of data handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage multiple stakeholders.
