Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer training programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources, aligning with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and readily available to support the success of our training programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, participant registration, and equipment setup, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training events, working closely with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports, providing valuable insights to inform our training strategy and improve program effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support for training activities, including preparing training materials, managing training supplies, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness, collecting feedback from participants, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance our training programs.
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our training processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a training or administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong working knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including trainers, subject matter experts, and participants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our organization.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
