Job Title: Project Management Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Officer to lead the Retail Change Management process.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of managing change requests in retail banking or financial domains.
  • Strong skills in business documentation, including BRDs and FSDs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder sensitivity, and risk management skills.

This role involves:

  • Validating and submitting CRs.
  • Aligning CRs with SDM standards.
  • Tracking progress and updating stakeholders.
  • Managing CR backlog and collaborating with business and tech teams.
  • Facilitating Steering Committee meetings for SEA markets.

Key requirements include:

  • Prior experience in retail banking or financial domains.
  • Familiarity with PPM tools, Confluence, JIRA, or equivalent.
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Job function: Information Technology.
