General Insurance Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance professional to ensure the quality of our General Insurance products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE O level qualification, excellent communication skills, and experience in quality assurance and insurance products knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular call reviews and identify potential risks to management.
  • Review 15 closed sales calls per day for the General Insurance team.
  • Provide backup support for Auto Insurance Call Review purposes.
  • Report calls with potential quality issues to Management.
  • Prepare and send Quality Assurance reports to management and team.
  • Track all Quality Assurance Cases from beginning to end process and provide updates to management.
  • Attend weekly meetings with management to discuss discrepancies and solutions for further improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance and insurance products knowledge.
  • Meticulous and responsible team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
