
Certified General Insurance Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance professional to ensure the quality of our General Insurance products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE O level qualification, excellent communication skills, and experience in quality assurance and insurance products knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular call reviews and identify potential risks to management.
- Review 15 closed sales calls per day for the General Insurance team.
- Provide backup support for Auto Insurance Call Review purposes.
- Report calls with potential quality issues to Management.
- Prepare and send Quality Assurance reports to management and team.
- Track all Quality Assurance Cases from beginning to end process and provide updates to management.
- Attend weekly meetings with management to discuss discrepancies and solutions for further improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in quality assurance and insurance products knowledge.
- Meticulous and responsible team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
