Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our multi-million façade package project.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining top-tier quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall planning, implementation, and completion of the façade package project.
  • Manage technical complications and on-site installation progression.
  • Cultivate and develop team members to ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve energy-efficient and cost-saving façade works.
  • Maintain and develop networks with suppliers and installers to better serve client needs.
  • Report to Senior Project Manager/Project Director.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management.
  • Strong background in managing aluminum/glazing facades projects.
  • Understanding of facade drawings and QA/QC codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality products within budget and time constraints.
  • Team builder with respectful work ethics.
