Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our daily cleaning operations.

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of daily cleaning activities, ensuring the safety of all team members and clients, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cleaners in conducting daily cleaning operations
  • Ensure the safety of all team members at all times
  • Deploy teams promptly to handle ad-hoc matters and ensure smooth cleaning operations
  • Liaise with clients to maintain open communication and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assess cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and updating inventory status consistently
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
  • Having a vehicle or reliable transportation method is advantageous
