**About the role**

Join the dynamic team at Daily Martz as a Retail Assistant/Team Leader. This full-time position in the West Region offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a retail convenience store. As a Retail Assistant/Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering good customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Maintaining a clean store environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves, receiving goods and keeping the sales floor organized.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder stocks
- Operating the cash register, processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

**What we're looking for**
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or retail assistant role
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. 6 days work week
- A passion for providing customer service and contributing to the success of the business
