Technical Leadership Position

This is an opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of digital solutions, ensuring efficient, consistent, and compliant execution of technology modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system architecture and solutioning, technology deployment, and operations. They will be able to drive the development of quality, reliability, and security strategies for technology platforms and solutions.

  • Mandatory Skill-set:
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Governance, Solution Architect, Distributed Applications, and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) Frameworks;
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying large, scalable production applications on Cloud/PaaS platforms and Containers (AWS, Google, Azure);
  • Experience with modern full-stack web application technologies; expertise in Next.Js/React.js and Java/TypeScript on the backend;
  • Strong governance skills, including policies, processes, and rules that ensure effective, consistent, and compliant execution of technology solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Desired Skill-set:
  • Certification in TOGAF/ITIL/COBIT;
  • Agile development experience and ability to architect large enterprise-wide systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams' technical vision, strategy, and directions aligning with the organization's overall goals;
  • Conceptualize, architect, and design digital solutions, researching current state, identifying gaps, and mapping out roadmaps;
  • Establish long-term technical plans and roadmaps for project teams;
  • Ensure regular administration of architecture reviews, facilitating resolution of feedback, tracking, and follow-up for effective closure of design gaps;
  • Provide guidance to team members in establishing architecture policies, standards, processes, and platforms to drive scalability and proposed changes;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop quality, reliability, and security strategies for solutions;
  • Guide application operations, propose new solution methodologies, and mentor teams to raise collective technical competencies;
  • Collaborate to maintain up-to-date architecture and solution artifacts as well as communication materials for stakeholders, technology forums, and community engagements.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive the development of high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
