This is a unique opportunity to work as an Environmental Maintenance Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various facilities.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all floor areas through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Clean staircases, corridors, and common areas on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all rubbish bins are emptied and waste is disposed of properly.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in the toilets and replenish toiletries as needed.
  • Dust and wipe down furniture, windows, doors, and other surfaces.
  • Conduct high dusting and clean walls, ceilings, and glass surfaces.
  • Maintain lifts, letter boxes, gyms, and shared areas in a clean and organized condition.
  • Operate cleaning machines such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and water jets.
  • Assist with periodic cleaning tasks including scrubbing, buffing, and polishing floors when instructed to do so.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Report any defects or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow instructions provided by the manufacturer.
  • Adhere to proper attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
