Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding role as an Accounts Assistant?

Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily accounting functions, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), as well as preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and staff expense claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks with precision and accuracy
  • Prepare and manage financial documents, including invoices and payment vouchers
  • Assist in month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of documents
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and office supplies coordination

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
