Job Overview

Our luxury hotel is seeking an experienced Senior Mixologist to join our dynamic bar team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and serving innovative cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and serve a variety of drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
  • Stock the bar with necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and in working order.
  • Collaborate with the Head Mixologist to create new and innovative drink recipes and assist with special events and promotions.
  • Assist with menu planning and pricing, working closely with the Head Mixologist to ensure that the bar offerings are of the highest quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and patrons.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking orders and interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Preparing and serving drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of beverage sales and inventory, and providing regular reports to the Head Mixologist.
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
