Family Life Educator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Family Life Educator to join our team. As a Family Life Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful Family Life Education programs that foster positive family relationships and strengthen marriage bonds.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging Family Life Education programs through talks, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and adapt curriculum
  • Partner with stakeholders to address their specific needs
  • Support and expand outreach efforts in the community

Working Conditions:

  • A 5-day work week with occasional weeknights/weekends for program delivery
  • Attractive remuneration package and staff benefits
  • Ongoing training and supervision provided

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or related fields
  • Proficient in English language
  • Experience in facilitating talks, workshops, or small group sessions
  • Experience in coaching or counselling
  • Bonus skills: Familiarity with Triple P, Signposts or Purposeful Play, Accredited in PE, MPP, PREP, PEMEP or similar programs
  • Confident in using digital tools for online training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
