Customer Success Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely resolution of customer technical complaints through effective ticket management and communication.
- Collaborate with customers to replicate and escalate issues to the engineering team as needed.
- Participate in rotating day shift duties to support operations and ensure seamless customer service.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the SATCOM industry, with CCNA certification or above.
- Familiarity with IP-based networks, SATCOM systems, and programming languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.
About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 8,500 - SGD 12,000 per month, depending on experience.
