Job Title: Salon Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Salon Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our salon standards are met.

About the Role:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will handle customer feedback and concerns effectively, resolving issues in a courteous and respectful way.
  • As a Salon Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • You will also schedule appointments, manage bookings, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • A key aspect of this role is gathering customer satisfaction levels and feedback, which will be used to continuously improve our services and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to maintain a professional self-image at all times.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable, but not essential. What's more important is your passion for providing outstanding customer service and your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should be well-groomed and able to maintain a high level of professionalism in your appearance and demeanor.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet are also essential for success in this role.
