We are seeking an experienced Placement Executive with a strong focus on placement to join our dynamic team.
As a Placement Executive, you will be working with the brokerage placement team and play a crucial role in agency business to make us the future of insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in finding back-up placements
- Maintain relationships with insurance partners
- Manage and support partner leaders, particularly those with large portfolios
- Maintain and support corporate partners
- Seek out and establish relationships with new corporate partners
- Help the Business Development Manager in creating insurance quotations
- Assist in finding reinsurance in cooperation with insurance partners
- Support in the bidding process alongside Business Development Managers
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of placement experience, preferably with proven insurtech experience
- A self-starter with hands-on experience
- Negotiation skills
- Mature & good interpersonal skills
- Hardworking & a team player
