Process Improvement Specialist

A Pre-Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in our cable manufacturing process, responsible for enhancing production efficiency and improving data collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Production Engineering team to comprehend the cable manufacturing process, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze current manual production data collection methods and implement digital solutions where feasible.
- Collect and analyze shop floor data to establish baseline targets for production enhancement.
- Conduct research and hypothesis testing on production parameters to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in projects related to factory productivity and digitalization efforts.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts.
- Basic understanding of industrial control systems, power systems, and PLC programming.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of basic programming languages such as Python and SQL database is beneficial.
